Hi How do you know where to bend track?


Hi Alice,

The way it works is after you have filled out the bay window curtain track order form and made payment. You will receive an email straight away.

This email has a link back to a page on my website that deals with the bay shape you chose in your order. This page has a guide to measuring correctly for a perfect fitting bay track.

I also encourage everyone to send me a photo of their bay window. You can do this on the order form. Or on the measuring page. I can then make sure that you are ordering the best fitting track.

At any stage during the ordering and measuring. My customers can ask me any questions they need answers too.

I hope this helps you understand the process better. I find this way of breaking the order process in to two, parts helps. Otherwise the order form would be too overwhelming for some people to complete in one go. After all most people rarely if ever have to deal with this kind of project.
